Here you will find all the assisted reproduction techniques that will help you achieve pregnancy
IGIN puts at your disposal all the existing advances in reproductive medicine to achieve the arrival of your baby.

Before treatment
We can carry out a full range of diagnostic tests to study the causes of infertility and ensure a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
Fertility study
They are a series of tests and analyses that allow us to rule out the main causes of infertility, have an accurate diagnosis of your case and draw up a personalized plan for you to achieve pregnancy.
Genetic compatibility test
Cutting-edge technique, also known as genetic matching or carrier testing, which compares the genetic analysis of both members of the couple to ensure that they do not carry the same mutation and reduce the risk of the embryos suffering from a relevant genetic disorder.
Karyotypes
A genetic study that analyzes the number and structure of a person’s chromosomes to detect abnormalities that may affect fertility, pregnancy development, or the health of the baby.
Sperm freezing
The process of preserving sperm for future use.A semen sample is collected and treated with cryoprotectants to prevent cell damage during cooling.
Ovarian rejuvenation
An innovative advance in reproductive medicine using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) that improves the number of mature eggs that we will obtain in subsequent treatment in cases of low ovarian reserve.
Hysteroscopy
The procedure that allows us to examine the inside of the uterus to diagnose and treat problems such as polyps, fibroids, and adhesions. Also to evaluate the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding and reproductive difficulties.
Hysterosalpingography
Radiological procedure to evaluate the internal anatomy of the uterus and fallopian tubes.
Endometrial microbiome test
An innovative technique that allows us to analyze the composition of microorganisms that live in the endometrium and that can influence embryo implantation.
Histocompatibility system (KIR)
There are a series of immune mechanisms that protect our body against external aggressions, allowing an embryo to be accepted and develop normally.
Endometrial immunological test
These are tests that allow us to identify imbalances in the immune system of the endometrium that may affect the outcome of the treatment.
During treatment
We optimise the reproduction process by providing you with all the techniques and resources available in the world of assisted reproduction.
Sperm selection techniques
These are techniques that allow us to optimize semen samples and train them to achieve pregnancy, even in the most severe cases, because the truth is that in our society the quality of semen is worsening and more than 40% of infertility cases are due to the male factor.
Oocyte accumulation
It consists of performing ovarian stimulations during several cycles to obtain a greater number of eggs. These are frozen and stored for use in an IVF – ICSI treatment and to increase the chances of success by having a greater number of attempts.
Embryoscope+ and Artificial Intelligence
A state-of-the-art incubator that provides the best environment for embryo development up to blastocyst and that allows for total control over embryonic evolution through a time-lapse imaging system.
Blastocyst culture
Cultivation of embryos in the laboratory to carry their evolutionary development up to 5 or 6 days and increase the chances of successful implantation in the uterus.
Delayed embryo transfer
This involves postponing the transfer of the embryo to the uterus until a later cycle when the woman’s endometrium is more receptive. To do this, the embryos are vitrified and thawed at the appropriate time.
Freezing eggs or embryos
It is the process of preserving eggs or embryos obtained during an assisted reproduction process to use them in subsequent cycles or in future treatments, if pregnancy has already been achieved. We include it in all treatments that require it.
Specific medium for transfer
They are biocompatible fluids that imitate the natural conditions of the uterus, with a mixture of nutrients, ions, proteins and other essential molecules, to keep the embryo in perfect condition while it is transferred from the laboratory to the uterus.
Endometrial PRP
PRP is a concentration of platelets obtained from the patient’s blood.
Advanced pre-transfer hormone monitoring
Hormonal tests and analyses at specific times during your cycle to assess key levels, such as estrogen, progesterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).

After treatment
All the services you need to look after your health and that of your baby, and to preserve your chances of becoming a mother in the future.
Egg and embryo storage
Whatever treatment you undergo, at IGIN you will have two years of maintenance of the vitrified oocytes and embryos that you have obtained in the process, without paying for it. They will be stored in our nitrogen tanks and you can use them whenever you decide.
Transportation of embryos, eggs and sperm
It is the technical process that allows the safe and controlled transport of embryos, oocytes and semen between clinics, hospitals or laboratories, when the patient wishes to undergo their treatment in a centre other than their original centre or to store their genetic material in a different clinic.
Prenatal DNA screening test
It is a blood test of the mother that detects cells from the baby to evaluate, from the early stages of pregnancy, the risk of chromosomal abnormalities and genetic alterations that would compromise the pregnancy or the health of the baby.
IGIN Maternity: pregnancy follow-up
Comprehensive monitoring of your pregnancy through monthly ultrasounds to confirm the correct development of your baby and take care of your health. From week 37 of pregnancy, we extend monitoring through cardiotocographies to evaluate your baby’s heart rate, movements and uterine contractions.
