Two years storage included

No matter which treatment you undergo, at IGIN we include two years of storage of the frozen eggs and embryos obtained during treatment, free of charge. They will be stored in our nitrogen tanks and you will be able to use them whenever you decide.

Benefits of storing embryos and eggs

It allows you to choose the best time to use them, both for personal and medical reasons.

In case the first transfer is not successful, you can try again without needing to repeat the whole process.

Storing them in our banks ensures an optimal survival rate after thawing, preserving their qualities and viability.

FAQs about embryo and egg storage

How long can the eggs and embryos stay frozen for?
You can keep them indefinitely, they do not lose their characteristics or quality. Your treatment includes two years of storage at no cost. After that time, you can decide if you wish to pay the annual storage fee.
Is there a charge for the vitrification process?
No, IGIN will not charge you for freezing your eggs or embryos.
Once these are thawed, will they have the same chances of success?
Yes, the technique we use allows for a near 100% survival rate. And its qualities remain intact, so you will get the same success rate.
What happens if I decide not to use them?
If you decide not to use or keep them, the law on assisted reproduction (14/2006) stipulates that the patient must decide whether to donate them for reproductive or scientific purposes or to destroy them.
